What to expect during a reflexology treatment

A small number of medical conditions are not suitable for reflexology treatment so it is important that a full and confidential medical history is taken.
During the treatment you will be seated in a reclining chair with your shoes and socks removed. The atmosphere is one of quiet and calm relaxation. Each reflex point on both feet will be activated in sequence . In order to maintain the benefits of the treatment aftercare advice will be given.    Depending on which conditions are prevailing a short course of weekly treatments may be advised. Maintenance treatments may be recommended on a monthly basis.
